When assembling an iron, you may be asked "Please do not adjust the weight inside the head."
When assembling irons, our shop sets the length to 0.5 inch pitch and assembles so that the balance is unified for all irons. Most of the iron heads we handle have good weight control, so there is almost no individual difference in head weight.
However, some shafts and grips have individual differences more than the head, and the balance may not be constant depending on the count when finished.
Considering swing comfort and shot stability, it is necessary to put weights in the head to keep the balance constant for all counts.

At Miura Giken, by determining the weight of the shaft and grip, which are the assembly parts, before making the head, the weight of each count can be adjusted to match the weight of the head, and it can be assembled without the way inside the head.

You will need to pay extra for the cost and delivery time, but you can make a perfect iron.
