O'rion SPY-1 Type-S Wedge

Speaking of forged iron, Ichikawa area in Himeji is famous for it.
In Ichikawa area, there are the center of production of many makers.

Yet O’rion is also forged and grinded at Ichikawa, SPY-1 wedge is sent to Tsubame in Niigata to polish surface.
Tsubame is famous for stainless steel product and they have “polishing steel” technique. SPY-1 wedge is pure made in Japan wedge peoduced with Ichikawa and Tsubame’s top class techniques.

Type-S presents wedge like round shape. With round shaped leading edge and grinded top-line, toe and heel of leading-edge which is slightly pointed out, lie is diversified.

No-plating finish is available. By Tsubame’s fine polish technique, it shines as surface of mirror. It is high quality no-plating wedge.
